This guided walk aims to cover in very general terms the doctrine, history and architecture of Bournemouth's town centre Places of Worship.   Any links between them will be discussed as will major events that have taken place and the localities where famous people of the past have worshipped.

The locations of nine current and four former places of worship are passed and four other current places of worship are covered from a distance.  Catholic, Protestant, Hebrew and Moslem faiths are included.   Only exterior views are covered, the interiors of churches are NOT visited during the walk.

The walk normally starts at the site where it all began, outside St.Peter's Church, the founding mother Church of Bournemouth.   It ends outside the Bournemouth International Centre.
